Program Increment Corralation Agility (PICA) is a Leading Indicator that uses Artifical Intellegence to analyse Program Increment performance along with other metrics to determine areas of opportunities within the Program Increment and the application under development. PICA inspects the repository details, test cases, application capabilities and attributes, environment stability, and Program Increment data to build a Program Increment and Application Heat Map. PICA compliments the Release Train's Program Board, and Kanban Boards by isolating data from the code repositories, and test case repositories.
